Processing times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International Orders: 10–30 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the products ordered.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Bleacher Psych Ward is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information before production begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
