Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bleacher Psych Ward, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since products are printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

• The item is defective
• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong product was received

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
